Account deletion is permanent.
When your PokerBrain account is deleted, your account profile and any server-side personal data associated with that account are permanently removed or de-identified unless we must retain limited information for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
1. What Deletion Includes
Deleting your account permanently closes your PokerBrain account and removes personal data that we control and can reasonably link to you. This may include account details, support history, and subscription-support records associated with your account.
Data stored only on your device may remain on that device until you delete the app or otherwise clear local app data.
2. Apple Subscription Notice
Deleting your PokerBrain account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
3. Delete Your Account In The App
PokerBrain users can permanently delete their account and associated server-side data directly inside the app. Open the Profile tab, choose the account deletion option, review the confirmation prompt, and complete the deletion flow there.
You do not need to contact support or submit a separate request through the website to delete your account.
