PokerBrain ("we," "us," or "our") is the developer of the PokerBrain iOS application — an AI-powered poker training tool available on the Apple App Store. Our website is pokerbrain.ai.

2. Data We Collect

App (iOS): PokerBrain stores gameplay data such as your Poker IQ scores, session history, hand replays, and skill metrics. Some gameplay data may remain on your device, and account-related data may also be associated with your PokerBrain account when you choose to sign up or sign in.

If you create a PokerBrain account, we collect the information you submit during sign up, along with the minimum identifiers needed to authenticate your account, restore access, and support your subscription status.

Website: When you visit pokerbrain.ai, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for security and uptime monitoring and are not linked to any personal identity.

Contact form: If you voluntarily submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. This information is not added to any mailing list or marketing database.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create, secure, and administer your PokerBrain account.
• To respond to contact form submissions.
• To maintain subscription access and customer support records.
• To monitor and maintain the security of our website.
• To improve the app based on aggregated, anonymous crash reports (if you have enabled Apple's optional diagnostics sharing in iOS Settings).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store: In-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs those transactions.

Apple Diagnostics: If you opt into iOS "Share iPhone Analytics," Apple may share anonymised crash data with us via App Store Connect. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or social media pixels in the app or this website.

5. Data Retention

Gameplay data stored on your device remains there until you delete it in the app, remove the app, or reset your device. Account and support data that we control is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and complete verified deletion requests. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

6. Your Rights

Depending on how you use PokerBrain, you can:

• Access, update, or correct information in your account.
• Delete app data stored locally on your device by removing the app.
• Permanently delete your PokerBrain account inside the app from the Profile tab. Our account deletion page explains what is removed.
• Request deletion of any contact form submission via our contact form.
• Opt out of Apple diagnostics sharing at any time in iOS Settings.

Residents of the EU/EEA (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other jurisdictions with data protection laws may exercise additional rights by contacting us via the contact form.

7. Children's Privacy

PokerBrain is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app or website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
