You don't have to. Every eligible PokerBrain player is automatically enrolled and issued a unique referral code when they create an account. Open the app to find your code and share link.
Your in-app dashboard shows the current commission rate assigned to your account. Rates may be structured as a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the subscription's list price, and may differ by plan (monthly, quarterly, annual). Rates may change — but each conversion is locked at the rate in effect when it's recorded.
Commissions are subject to a holding period that begins when the referred subscription is paid (to account for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud review). Once a commission clears the holding period and your eligible balance meets the minimum payout threshold, you can request a payout to your PayPal or Venmo.
No. Self-referrals are prohibited and will be rejected. Using your own code, or referring accounts or devices you own, control, or operate, may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination from the program.
If a referred subscription is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise reversed, the associated commission is voided — whether or not it has been requested or paid. We may offset voided amounts against future commissions.
Yes. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote PokerBrain, in accordance with the FTC's endorsement guidelines and any other applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Yes. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. We may require tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8) before issuing payouts and may issue tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099) where required.
